Japan Post: Suspension of International Mail Services to Canada

Effective October 6, 2025, due to a strike by Canada Post,

Japan Post has suspended the acceptance of all international mail destined for Canada.

This suspension applies to all services, including EMS, Air Mail, Surface Air Mail (SAL), Surface Mail, and parcel post.

Please note that, due to reduced air mail flights and other factors, delays may occur for items already accepted.

Depending on the circumstances, dispatched items may be returned.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

we are currently unable to accept orders from U.S. customers.
