1. Displayed prices include the product price and shipping fee only. Customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are not included.

2. Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be billed directly to you by customs authorities or the carrier, either at the time of delivery or afterward.

3. We are unable to determine the amount of these import charges in advance. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer refused to pay customs duties or other charges, refused delivery, or did not collect it (for example, due to prolonged absence), the order will be treated as cancelled. We will refund the product price minus the actual cost of return shipping. If the deduction exceeds the product price, we will not charge you the difference.

Update on the Temporary Suspension of Orders from the U.S. (Follow-up)

Although the temporary suspension of Japan Post’s EMS service —which was implemented due to the abolition of the U.S. de minimis (tax-exempt threshold) rule in August 2025— has now been lifted, our system does not currently support EMS settings for U.S., and we are therefore still unable to accept orders from customers in the U.S. 
We are currently exploring alternative shipping methods to replace EMS.

Although the implementation timeline has not yet been finalized, we are working to resume shipments to the U.S. in the near future by utilizing private courier services and other shipping carriers.
