Update on the Temporary Suspension of Orders from the U.S. (Follow-up)

Although the temporary suspension of Japan Post’s EMS service —which was implemented due to the abolition of the U.S. de minimis (tax-exempt threshold) rule in August 2025— has now been lifted, our system does not currently support EMS settings for U.S., and we are therefore still unable to accept orders from customers in the U.S.
We are currently exploring alternative shipping methods to replace EMS.

Although the implementation timeline has not yet been finalized, we are working to resume shipments to the U.S. in the near future by utilizing private courier services and other shipping carriers.
